Project Brief

The John Mooney Real Estate website required a complete rethink of both its presentation and strategic focus. The existing site no longer aligned with the direction of the business or the audience it was aiming to attract.

A key challenge was shifting the primary audience from younger, first-home buyers to established families, while also repositioning the website to prioritise generating new property listings rather than focusing solely on selling homes.

The goal of the project was to create a modern, high-performance real estate platform that clearly communicates trust, experience, and local authority, while making it easy for potential vendors to engage with the business.

The rebuild combined custom design, photography, copy, and advanced technical optimisation, including AI-driven schema and custom plugin development, to deliver a fast, visually strong website that integrates seamlessly with the LockedOn CRM system.
