Rivsteel

Project Brief

Rivsteel required a complete website rebuild to move beyond a dated, content-light online presence that no longer reflected the scale of its product range or distributor network.

The previous website lacked structure around products such as trailers and sheds, making it difficult for customers to understand what was available and where products could be purchased. There was also no practical way for the business to manage or expand product content over time.

The goal of the project was to create a structured, scalable catalogue-style website that clearly presents Rivsteel’s products across Wagga and its broader distributor network, while remaining easy for the internal team to manage.

The rebuild focused on developing a custom WordPress solution using a StoryBrand-style approach, with tailored ACF structures for products and distributors. This architecture allows Rivsteel to confidently expand content today while laying the groundwork for future eCommerce capabilities across selected product lines.

Product-Led Structure with Clear Navigation

The user experience was designed around discoverability and clarity. Products, features, and distributor information are structured to make it easy for customers to understand options, compare offerings, and find where to purchase, all within an intuitive navigation system.Product-Led Structure with Clear Navigation
