Wollundry Rotary
Project Brief
The Wollundry Rotary website required a fresh approach to better reflect the club’s focus on community involvement and future growth. It’s less about existing members and more about attracting new ones.
The existing online presence did not effectively communicate the value of Rotary to new or prospective members and leaned too heavily on traditional messaging that was less engaging for a modern audience.
The goal of the project was to create a customer-focused website that introduces Rotary through real involvement and volunteering, allowing people to engage at their own pace rather than being met with a hard sell.
The rebuild focused on delivering a welcoming, easy-to-navigate WordPress website with custom layouts and simple backend structures, ensuring events, initiatives, and updates could be managed easily while supporting long-term membership growth.
Approachable, Event-Led User Experience
Outcomes
The underlying strategy here is exactly what Rotary needed
Because we used WordPress the outcomes reflect this with a no boundaries approach to the layout and design. It’s setup to build on with easy to maintain event templates and sponsors. Given the nature of Rotary and the aging club runner system I’d be surprised if you could find a better designed site.

Complete Trucks required a website refresh to improve navigation, usability, and overall structure while modernising the presentation of their used truck listings. The existing platform did not effectively support advanced listings, filtering, or streamlined communication pathways, limiting both user engagement and internal efficiency. There was also an opportunity to introduce structured data and AI-driven enhancements…
